Elizabeth Rose Bucciarelli

April 18, 1923 - June 16, 2011

Elizabeth Rose Bucciarelli, 88, of Boyers, Pa., passed away at her home early Thursday morning. Born in Butler, Pa., on April 18th, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Buzanoski. Elizabeth was formerly employed at the former Spade Shirt Factory during World War II and later she was employed at Slippery Rock University in the custodial department where she retired after 20 years. She was a lifetime member of the St. Alphonsus Parish in Murrinsville, Pa., where she was a member of the Altar Society and the Nifty-Fifty at the Epiphany Hall. She was married to the late Armando Herman Bucciarelli in October of 1950, who passed away on July 6, 1982.She is survived by two sons: Raymond Bucciarelli of Boyers and Antonio Bucciarelli of Boyers. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers: Steven "Buzz" Buzanoski and Eddie Buzanoski. At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday the 18th at 11am at the St. Alphonsus Parish in Murrinsville, with Father Albert Kosar and Father Bedallion officiating. Interment will take place at the Epiphany Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Elizabeth's honor to the Humane Society of Pa, or to the Community Health Clinic of Butler Co.
