Kirby Owen Bowser, 64, of Emlenton, PA., passed away after a battle with cancer on Oct. 9, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, PA. Born on Oct. 6, 1954 he was the son of the late Fred Lynn and Agnes May Kennedy Bowser. He attended Highlands High School and resided in Fawn Twp. He loved spending time with friends and family. Enjoyed playing Texas Hold'em Tournaments, attending flea markets as well as car auctions. Later in life he enjoyed spending time with his friends and 2nd family at Otto's in Emlenton where he was also employed. He was well know for his one of a kind sense of humor and kind and caring personality.
He his survived by his brother: Russell (Beverly) Bowser, Sr., of Fawn Twp. His nephews and nieces: Richard (Diane) Boswer Jr., of Natrona Heights; Russel Bowser, Jr.; Jessica (John) Pecman, Jr., of Fawn Twp; Alicia (Sethe) Slahtovsky of Natrona Heights; Jill Bowser of Tarentum; and Kimberly Bowser of Spokane, WA. Numerous great nieces and nephews, his Otto's family and his beloved dogs, Tramp and Terpo. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters: Shirley Bowser and Sharon Wilson. Brothers: Raymond Bowser Sr., and Clell Bowser. A niece Carol Bowser Havrilesko and nephew Raymond Boswer, Jr.
A Wake and time of remembrance will be held at Otto's Tavern (river ave) in Emlenton on Saturday the 13th from 11am-1pm
